When you're in trouble with the law, you need a winning trial lawyer on your side. Put my 42 year winning record to work for you.

- March 14, 2012 Brian Worthington secured a dismissal of all charges for a client charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor. The man was facing 10 years in prison as charged, and as many as 16 or 18 if convicted of all acts. Trial was scheduled to begin on March 19, but on March 14 the District Attorney dismissed all charges based on “insufficient evidence,” a tremendous outcome for our client.
- In other news: At the conclusion of a jury trial handled by Brian Worthington during the last week of March, a jury took just a little more than one hour to return with a verdict of not guilty for a woman accused of domestic violence against her husband.
- Thomas Worthington convinces a Monterey County Judge to sentence his client to probation rather than a lengthy prison term. The man, charged with vehicular manslaughter after the death of his daughter in an auto accident, entered a plea that subjected him to as much as 13 years in prison, but also allowed the judge to grant probation. After a lengthy hearing, the judge granted probation, allowing the jail term to be served in home confinement.
